Aleksandra is specializing in career coaching. Her journey began in diplomacy, including work with the United Nations in New York, before transitioning across diverse fields such as academia, business, and journalism. Through her own experiences of career exploration and reinvention, Aleksandra gained deep insight into how complex, and deeply personal, career decisions can be.
Today, she integrates that experience into her coaching practice, helping students and career changers build clear strategies for meaningful professional growth. Her unique coaching framework focuses on aligning personal values with practical career goals, empowering clients to create fulfilling and purpose-driven careers
Josef S. Crown
Josef S. Crown holds a degree in Architectural Engineering and a Ph.D. in Psychology — but he often says his most valuable education came from the “University of Life.” With over 30 years of experience as a life coach, Josef has guided countless individuals to reconnect with their inner selves, cultivate self-love, and awaken to higher levels of awareness.
Inspired by wise mentors from an early age, he discovered that true growth happens where learning meets genuine love for oneself and for the others. Today, he carries that philosophy into his coaching practice, helping people - especially young adults - discover their purpose, deepen their compassion, and live with greater clarity and fulfillment.
